Announcements and Reminders:

  • This week is spirit week. This the schedule below.
  • Friday November 4th is the 6th grade Choral Festival and Fall Party. Please see the details below for more information.

Choral Festival and Fall Party

The annual Choral Festival where 6th graders from across the district get together to perform is happening this Friday. Students have been practicing their songs during music. The performance will be held in the Peace Memorial Auditorium. Students will leave Marlatt at 8:45am on Friday so that they can rehearse with the other 6th graders from across the district. Parents are encouraged to attend the performance. Doors will open at 11:15 and the performance will begin at 11:30 and last 45 minutes. That day students need to wear nice concert clothes with comfortable shoes. Please no shirts with logos or lettering.

Students also need to bring a sack lunch that day as we will likely return after the scheduled lunch time. Parents are also welcome to take their child to lunch. Following lunch we will have our Fall Party. Students on the Fall Party committee will bring home more information if your help is needed with the party.
